OEOC Hosts Information Session for Seizure Awareness

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – The Office of Equal Opportunity and Compliance invites the campus community to attend the following sessions to raise awareness about epilepsy and seizures.

The seizure informational session is designed to provide education to participants, assisting them with the tools necessary to recognize multiple seizure types and be adequately prepared in the event a seizure would occur. Bridgit Patterson, the program director for the Epilepsy Foundation for Missouri and Kansas, will present the sessions.

  • 10 – 11:30 a.m. Monday, March 25, at University House. Click here to register.
  • Webinar, 10-11:30 a.m. Monday, March 25. Registrants will receive log in instructions prior to the webinar.
  • 3-4 p.m. Monday, March 25, Pat Walker Health Wellness Center, Suite 113 and 114 at the Garland Avenue Shops, 640 N Garland Avenue. Click here to register.
