The Graduate School and International Education will celebrate U of A graduate students during Graduate Student Appreciation Week April 9-13 with a slate of events across campus, highlighted by free tickets to a Razorback softball game, an RSO resource fair, a trivia night and a dirty soda bar mixer.

Started originally in 1993 by the National Association of Graduate-Professional Students, Graduate Student Appreciation Week is celebrated across university campuses in the United States recognizing the important role that graduate students play on college campuses.

"For Graduate Student Appreciation Week this year, we in GSIE wanted to provide multiple opportunities for our students to relax, build community and have fun," said Julia Smith, associate director of graduate student support.
