Forum to Showcase Diverse Paths to Entrepreneurship in Health Sciences

Students, faculty and staff curious about entrepreneurship and its applications in the fields of health, human and environmental sciences are encouraged to attend a forum at the Brewer Family Entrepreneurship Hub focused on the unique paths U of A students and alumni took to transform their ideas into reality.

The event, Diverse Paths to Entrepreneurship, was organized by the Student Advisory Board at the U of A Office of Entrepreneurship and Innovation.

The event will be held from 5:30-7 p.m. today, Oct. 19, at the Hub, located at 123 W. Mountain St. in downtown Fayetteville. Food will be provided. RSVP here.

RyLeigh Werner, manager of OEI's Student Advisory Board, noted the potential for innovation within the health sciences field, adding that "OEI is the place to get involved."

"I am extremely excited for our health sciences event as students learn about the diverse paths to innovation," Werner said, "ranging from medical business consulting to organs on a chip!"
