University Housing Honors 225 Years of Combined Staff Milestones

As we begin a new year, University Housing wants to thank team members whose longstanding dedication has shaped the student experience at the University of Arkansas. This year's service milestones highlight more than a dozen employees who have been with the university for a combined 225 years.

Celebrating Long-Term Commitment

The following Housing staff members are celebrating 20 years or more of service:

  • Sherrie Luker (retired) – 35 years
  • Felisha Harper Perrodin – 30 years
  • Raymond J. Watts – 30 years
  • Robert Powers – 20 years

Their commitment helps cultivate the strong and welcoming environment that defines the University of Arkansas as an employer of choice. This entails a workplace where employees feel a sense of belonging, find meaningful purpose in their roles and have opportunities to grow both personally and professionally. Key initiatives such as compensation projects and moving to a talent acquisition model support why so many Housing staff choose to build long, fulfilling careers at the University of Arkansas.

Felisha Harper Perrodin, assistant director for administrative services, shared that she loves being a part of the Razorback family.

"I have learned so much from the students and staff I've worked with over the years and I know that I will continue to do so." Perrodin also added that University Housing's dedication to the community and student success truly shapes the Razorback experience.
