Spanish for Heritage Speakers: Spring 2026 Enrollment Open

If you grew up speaking Spanish at home or in your community, you may benefit from enrolling in Spanish for Heritage Speakers courses. These courses are designed to build on the language skills you already have while supporting your academic progress and long-term professional goals. Heritage Spanish courses recognize your prior knowledge of Spanish and help you develop stronger reading, writing, and formal communication skills.

Spring 2026 Course Offerings

• SPAN 31203 - Heritage Speakers II    MWF 8:35 a.m.

• SPAN 41203 - Heritage Speakers III  TTH 3:30 p.m.

If you are eligible, you may take the Fast Track Exam to earn up to six credit hours, helping reduce both time and cost toward degree completion.
