Eric Wolfe to Give Distinguished Lecture

Eric Wolfe, B.B.A.'89, M.B.A., will give the Dan Flowers Distinguished Lecture in conjunction with the annual Mack-Blackwell Advisory Board Meeting from 5:30-6:15 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 2, at the Janelle Y. Hembree Alumni House, 491 N. Razorback Rd. in Fayetteville.  

An alum of the Sam M. Walton College of Business, Wolfe has worked in every area of third-party logistics, starting his career with an operations and implementation focus at J.B. Hunt Logistics, then moving to executive level positions with Cardinal, Clicklogistics and BNSF Logistics and serving as the CEO of Midship Group LLC before his current position.

As president of Watco Logistics, a subsidiary of Watco, Wolfe leads a $600-million diversified third-party logistics company that operates globally with a NAFTA focus. The company provides logistics services across highway, rail, air and water modes. Watco Logistics services are diverse, delivering more than 70,000 daily packages through 26 retail service centers and managing 3.5 million metric tons of barge cargo through the inland riverway network.
