Multiple Events Set for 'Razorback Red in the Rock' as Hogs Travel to Little Rock

The Arkansas Razorbacks travel to Little Rock for a home game against Arkansas State Saturday, Sept. 6. Hog fans can celebrate 'Razorback Red in Rock' leading up to the game with a number of events hosted by various organizations, including alumni groups, university units and various local organizations as the Razorbacks converge in Central Arkansas to Call Those Hogs. 

Thursday, September 4

Red in the Rock Tailgate 
5 PM to 7 PM
The Little Rock Regional Chamber invites you to Red in the Rock Tailgate, presented by the Park Plaza Mall and Second Horizon Capital.

Friday, September 5

Little Rock Networking Event 
Fassler Hall - Little Rock 5 PM to 7 PM
Join Parent & Family Programs and the Central Arkansas Alumni Chapter of the Arkansas Alumni Association for a Networking Event

Bumpers College Alumni Society Happy Hour 
5 PM to 7 PM
Gather at the Flying Saucer for a happy hour with the Bumpers College Alumni Society.

Saturday, September 6

Fay Jones School of Architecture + Design Brunch 
The Fay Jones School of Architecture and Design is hosting a brunch before the Hogs take on the Red Wolves.

Pregame Events 
A variety of tailgate and pregame events will take place near War Memorial Stadium on Game Day including: 

  • HogTown: Noon to 4 p.m.
  • Team Walk:1:45 p.m. (2 hours and 15 minutes before kickoff)
  • U of A Student Affairs Tailgate (45,46 and 47)
  • U of A BAS and Friends Tailgate hosted by Visionairi (26 and 27)
  • Bumpers College Alumni Society and Arkansas Farm Bureau Tailgate

Arkansas vs. ASU Football Game 
4 PM
The Razorbacks will take on Arkansas State in War Memorial Stadium.  

Game Day Highlights

  • Second annual All-UA Day (nearly 2,000 representatives from EVERY University of Arkansas system school/unit represented).
  • Honoring Military members through VetTix partnership.
  • Pregame flyover from the LRAFB and the Arkansas Veterans Hall of Fame. 
  • Ag Day debut in Central Arkansas, welcoming Ag/4H/FFA from across the state to celebrate Arkansas’ largest industry.
