A new academic year brings fresh changes. This fall, those changes include student ID numbers. With the retirement of UAConnect, students now have new ID numbers in Workday.

Students can log into Workday with their university email and password. Once in, clicking on the profile icon in the top right corner and selecting "View Profile" will take students to a spot where they can see their new number. Students do not need to get a new ID card, but they should use the new Workday ID number for forms, scantrons and university activities.

Faculty and staff can search for a student by name in Workday and will see the new ID number in parenthesis next to each name.
