ISSLink Transitions to New Platform, Enhancing Services for International Students

The Office of International Students and Scholars is excited to announce that beginning Aug. 1, ISSLink will be powered by Via International, replacing Sunapsis for international student services.

While the system behind the scenes has changed, the URL remains the same: isslink.uark.edu. ISSLink continues to be the central location for international students to submit requests, upload documents and access immigration-related services.

The new platform offers a more modern, user-friendly experience while supporting improved processing and communication with our office. "Over the last several months, we've redesigned every international student request and communication to be more intuitive and student-friendly," says Lauren Denny, the ISS systems manager.

Academic advisers may receive legitimate emails from via@trm.com requesting action on behalf of an international advisee. These messages include a secure link to ISS Link where the requested information or approval can be completed.

Please note: Services for J-1 Scholars will remain in Sunapsis during the first phase of this transition. J-1 Scholar services will move to Via International as part of the second phase of the project, which is scheduled to go live on Oct. 1.
