Workday Student Launches, UAConnect Retires Aug. 8
Fall 2025 brings along the continued implementation of Workday Student, our campus' new student information system. As Workday Student becomes the primary platform for students, faculty and staff, UAConnect is being retired.
For faculty, this means that grades must be submitted for Summer 2025 before Aug. 8. After Aug. 8, faculty access to UAConnect will become "view only," and changes will have to be made through the Registrar's Office. View only access to UAConnect will last for faculty through summer 2026.
For staff, the ability to make changes and edits in UAConnect will also go away after Aug. 8. Certain roles (such as advisors and functional office staff) will still have the ability to view UAConnect through summer 2026.
Workday Student trainings for faculty and staff will be planned through the summer and fall and advertised on the Student Information System website and through email.
For students, fall 2025 schedules and courses are currently available to view in Workday. Student financials (such as student bills, financial aid, etc.) will be fully functional for students in August. Students also lose the ability to login to UAConnect on Aug. 8, but all student information that was previously in UAConnect is now in Workday Student.
Accessing Workday can be done from either myapps.uark.edu or by downloading the Workday application on a mobile device.
