The Office for Faculty Affairs has planned a week full of events, giveaways and special discounts to celebrate Faculty Appreciation Week April 7-11.

"I'd like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to our faculty for everything they do to advance the university," said Provost Terry Martin. "Our faculty are dedicated to supporting the success of our students and furthering research excellence, and the university could not fulfill our land-grant mission of research, discovery and service without our faculty and the tremendous impact they have on our students, university and community."

During Faculty Appreciation Week, faculty can receive free coffee and get discounts at Hog Heaven. Faculty will also be able to purchase $10 Razorback Baseball tickets for the game on Tuesday, April 8 (use promo code UAFACULTY), and $5 Razorback Softball tickets for the game on Friday, April 11 (use promo code UAFACULTYSB).

In addition, faculty can enter drawings to receive prizes including:

  • Two suite tickets to attend the first home football game of the 2025 football season as Chancellor Robinson's guests
  • Fizz Facial Bar self-care gift basket and gift card
  • Razorback merchandise, including T-shirts, buttons, a cup and a sweatshirt
  • Giveaway items provided by the Wally Cordes Teaching and Faculty Support Center, including lunch boxes, umbrellas, coffee mugs and notebooks
  • A free gear rental and a free personal training starter package provided by University Recreation

Winners of the drawings will be notified on Monday, April 14.

The Office for Faculty Affairs will hold meet-and-greet events for faculty on April 7, 8 and 9 in Mullins Library, room 453, to give them an opportunity to connect with colleagues, relax, enjoy snacks and receive swag. Times for the meet-and-greet events are listed in the schedule below.
