Get ready to explore the newly revamped Mullins Library! Starting today, March 31, the vibrant common areas of Levels 1 and 2 will officially reopen to the public, offering a fresh, modern space for all. Visitors will be greeted by sleek new furniture, private study rooms for focused work, convenient printing, new Special Collections spaces and an abundance of natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere.

To make your visit even more enjoyable, library staff will be stationed at multiple locations throughout the newly reopened areas, ready to answer any questions and guide you through all the exciting changes available today and the immersive, tech-rich spaces coming online in the weeks ahead.

"We can't wait to share the incredible upgrades with the campus community," said Jason Battles, dean of Libraries. "Mullins Library has been under renovation for quite a while, and we are excited to reach this milestone of returning this now completely state-of-the-art research library to our students and faculty. There is still a bit more to come, so we truly appreciate everyone's continuing patience as we put the finishing touches on our specialized creative spaces and the much-anticipated Fowler's Nook Café. We'll keep you updated as we continue working to make those ready for you to enjoy."
