Celebrate Kimchi Day With the Global Center for K-Food
Kimchi Day is an annual celebration that honors Kimchi, Korea's iconic fermented dish made primarily from napa cabbage, radishes and various seasonings.
Observed on Nov. 22, the date highlights the 11 key ingredients in Kimchi and its 22 health benefits, symbolizing the dish's deep connection to both Korean culture and well-being.
Join the Global Center for K-Food at the U of A System Division of Agriculture as they host a special Kimchi Day celebration:

This free event is open to the public, but due to space limitations, attendance is restricted to 33 guests on a first-come, first-served basis (registration). Please note that no accommodation will made for dietary restrictions or allergies.
