As the U of A prepares to enter the next phase of Workday post-implementation, User Solutions' goal is to optimize Workday processes and initiatives for all campus users. These workshops are Phase 1 in that process and are designed to identify solutions to the most common reported issues related to Workday training, communication and support. Phase 2, set to launch early next year, will take the solutions discovered this fall and apply them to a series of new projects and training initiatives.

This workshop, taking place on Dec. 6, will provide participants the opportunity to share their experiences and perspectives on Workday training, communication and support. During this workshop, participants will have the opportunity to:

  • Provide their insights on User Solutions' communication strategies
  • Create a holistic roadmap that will drive the user experience from start to finish
  • Discuss what processes are working and identify areas for improvement
  • Brainstorm innovative solutions that cater to the diverse needs of the entire campus
