Disability Employee Impact Group Luncheon

The Disability Employee Impact Group cordially invites you to a luncheon from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Wednesday, March 30, at the Arkansas Union Room 510-511 to learn more about this budding resource group.

The DEIG is the U of A's faculty and staff disability resource group established under the Division of Diversity and Inclusion.
The DEIG aims to be the "go-to" resource for faculty, staff and community partners who wish to engage in issues related to disability, equity and inclusion. We are currently interested in recruiting members from our community with a desire and willingness to work alongside persons with disabilities.

As a team, DEIG will work to address issues facing students and employees with disabilities, provide opportunities for equal access and participation, and strengthen the dialogue surrounding disability awareness and studies on the U of A campus.

The DEIG is open to all faculty and staff, including graduate and teaching assistants, at the U of A, and community partners. You do not have to identify as an individual with a disability to join — allies are welcome!
