Orientation Leaders are a carefully selected group of students whose primary responsibility is to help first-year and transfer students make a smooth transition to the U of A by serving a resource and a role model for the newest members of the Razorback community.

Applications are open for currently enrolled undergraduate students who have completed at least one full semester at the U of A (a minimum of 12 hours completed) with a 2.5 cumulative GPA or higher.

Orientation Leaders will be employees of the Office of Admission from May through August 2022. Orientation Leaders receive a $2,100 stipend, on-campus housing for the duration of the program and a meal plan with dining dollars.
