UAConnect to Be Unavailable

During the campus spring break UAConnect will undergo several system changes. When the changes are completed on March 26, the current method for logging in to UAConnect will move to the new university single sign-on system and an upgrade to the infrastructure that supports UAConnect will be in place. In order to make these updates the system will be unavailable to all users for a period of time.

UAConnect will be locked to all users at 6 p.m. this Thursday, March 22. The system will be available for use again at 6 a.m. on Monday, March 26. The Reporting system will be available to users at 6 a.m. on Wednesday, March 28.

The move to Microsoft Azure replaces the current red UARK Central Login page with a two-step login that will be familiar to anyone who has logged in to one of campus Microsoft 365 products. While functionality will not change with the UAConnect upgrade, users may notice some subtle difference in the look and behavior of the system.

UAConnect and UAConnect Reporting users are encouraged to make plans now for the scheduled down times of both systems.
