RazALERT Test Set for Today

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – The University of Arkansas Police will test the RazALERT emergency notification system at 10 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 19. Messages will be sent out by text, email and voice mail to everyone who is signed into the system, and will clearly indicate that this is only a test.

Anyone who doesn’t get an email or campus phone message please contact razalert@uark.edu.

Anyone who doesn’t a text or personal phone message should sign into the system or update personal settings.

Students can sign up or update through their UAConnect accounts.

Faculty and staff can use their webBASIS accounts.

Full instructions on how to check or update your information are available on the university's Safety website.

RazALERT (pronounced “raise alert”) is the U of A emergency notification system for any threat to campus safety. The system is also used for inclement weather messages, to notify the campus community if classes are cancelled, offices are closed, or if the U of A is opening late because of snow, ice or other bad weather.
