Professional development and training courses empower staff to excel in new skill sets, increasing efficiency and productivity.

"Free and universal access to Lynda.com has the potential to be life changing for individuals and a game changer for the University of Arkansas," Chris McCoy, chief information officer, said. "With on-demand learning, students can supplement their business, creative and software skills, regardless of degree program. As for faculty and staff, the professional development opportunities are limitless. For example, how do you bring hundreds of faculty and staff up to speed with Microsoft Office?
