Fox, Londagin Promoted at Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center

William "Bill" Fox and Martha L. Londagin have been promoted at the Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center in the Walton College. 

Fox was promoted from business consultant to center director. He takes over following the departure of Larry Brian, who retired July 1 after eight years with the center.  

Fox joined the center in 2007. As director, he oversees all operations of the center and works with small business clients on business issues, such as financing options and the loan process, preparation of financial projections, market research, business planning, marketing and financial management.  

He also works closely with Northwest Arkansas community resource partners, including area commercial lenders, chambers of commerce and university colleges and departments.  

Before joining the center, Fox was a small business owner, having developed and operated a retail gift concept store and a catering company. He also has lending experience as a banker and loan officer with Bank of America and has worked in higher education as director of a student enterprise program at the University of Pennsylvania and at Broward Community College in Florida and Florida Atlantic University.  

Fox holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Florida Atlantic and an M.B.A. from West Virginia University.  

Londagin was promoted to business consultant from her previous position as training and marketing coordinator. With the center since 2012, Londagin works with small business clients on business issues such as financing options and the loan process, preparation of financial projections, market research, business planning, marketing and financial management. She also assists small businesses with traditional and social media marketing plans.  

Londagin and her husband have owned a new and used automotive dealership and a wholesale auto business for more than 10 years. She has a bachelor's degree from the University of Arkansas and was a high school English and communications teacher before earning her Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas School of Law. She practiced law in Northwest Arkansas and Northeast Oklahoma for more than 12 years, and her practice was primarily devoted to representing banks, corporations and small businesses in the legal areas of collections and general civil litigation. 

Most recently, she was a foreclosure and bankruptcy supervisor for a large Northwest Arkansas financial institution and is a licensed attorney in Arkansas and Oklahoma.
