Wedding Planners Showcase Planned for Reynolds Center

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – The Donald W. Reynolds Center for Enterprise Development, managed by the Center for Management and Executive Education, is sponsoring the “Wedding Planners’ Showcase” from 2 to 4 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 20.

The event will be held in the Reynolds Center, housed in the Sam M. Walton College of Business on the University of Arkansas Campus. For more information, contact Whitney Wayne of the Center for Management and Executive Education at 479-575-3163, or by e-mail at wwayne@uark.edu.

The showcase will highlight northwest Arkansas’ premier wedding planning services, including the region’s event coordinators, florists, photographers, bakeries, bridal dress retailers, disk jockeys, venues and caterers. Each of the vendors will have goods and services on display for those interested in planning an upcoming nuptial event. The showcase will feature free samples, door-prizes, raffles and a fashion show for attendees.

The Reynolds Center is a state-of-the-art building with 41,000 square feet of space designed for conferences, meetings, and retreats. The building includes: high-definition projector, Blu-Ray player, and Dolby 7.1 surround sound in a 300-seat auditorium; interactive SmartBoard technology installed in a multipurpose training room; user-friendly, electronic touch panels for easy control of technology in each room; and a 50-inch flat panel display installed in the executive conference room for enhanced presentations.
