Reminder: Key Request Form Is Now Online

With the start of the new school year, it's important to remember the university made improvements to the process of obtaining campus keys in January, transitioning the request process online.

Those needing to request keys from Facilities Management can fill out the key request form. Paper authorization cards to obtain keys are no longer utilized.

Once a request is made, it is sent to the online approval portal, and the requester will be notified when the request is fully approved and keys are ready for pickup.

This process change enhances campus safety with consistent approvals and improved key tracking while saving time for requesters.
