All Campus Members Needed for Exercise Is Medicine Study
All students, faculty, and staff are needed for a short 2-minute study of physical activity on campus.
The Exercise is Medicine-On Campus program is in Year Eight! We are recruiting University of Arkansas students, faculty, and staff (age 18 or older) of all sizes, abilities, and fitness levels. The study will include completing a new online brief survey about your physical activity.
Once you complete the survey, you will be invited to participate in an in-person health and fitness assessment and physical activity consultation. Participants who choose to complete an in-person assessment will visit the Exercise Science Research Center. Our new physical activity coaching involves a review of your health and fitness assessment, along with three sessions to help you set personal activity goals. These three sessions may be done in person or virtually. Participants must be English-speaking, 18 years or older, and should not have any limitations preventing them from attempting the in-person assessments.
If you would like to participate or have any questions or concerns, please contact us eim@uark.edu.
