International Students Organization at U of A Announces 2025-26 Executive Board

The International Students Organization at the U of A announces its new executive board for the 2025-26 academic year. The newly elected board members are as follows:

  • Samuel A. Ajala, a master's student in communication, will serve as the 2025-26 president. 

  • Ahmed Saad, a master's student in operations management and supervision, will serve as the vice president. 

  • Tobi Amusat, pursuing a Ph.D. in food science, will serve as the secretary. 

  • Itunuoluwa Adegbite, a Ph.D. student in horticultural science, will serve as the treasurer. 

  • Kayode Odunlami, a master's student in World Languages, Literatures and Cultures (WLLC) with a concentration on German language, will serve as the PRO.

The new executives announced early this month have commenced their duties and will work to represent the interests of international students and build a strong community at the U of A. 

Throughout the 2025-26 term, the ISO executives plan to create educational events, cultural exchange, fun activities and networking opportunities for international students. The new executives will host the Bazaar 2025 during International Education Week, scheduled to take place from Nov. 17-21.
