IT HOG Team Wants Your Input on Digital Signage

The IT HOG (Hindrances, Opportunities and Guidance) Team for Digital Signage is kicking off a project to evaluate digital signage across campus, and they need your help!

The team has launched an online survey to learn how staff and faculty across campus use, manage and maintain digital signage. Your feedback will shape the future of digital displays on campus and ensure they meet communication goals.

Digital signage refers to digital display technologies used to show multimedia content — such as images, video, text or interactive elements — in public or private spaces. These displays are typically connected to a content management system that allows remote control and scheduling.

Why We're Doing This

The IT HOG team is bringing campus partners together to find ways to improve digital signage.

The team is focused on improving service delivery, streamlining processes and enhancing the user experience.

They aim to use the feedback collected through this online survey to identify a standardized approach to digital signage that supports campus communication.

How You Can Help

Your input is essential! Please take a few minutes to complete our digital signage survey.

Your answers will help us understand current practices, challenges and opportunities, allowing us to make well-informed recommendations.

Whether you use digital displays often or just occasionally, your insights will help make these systems more effective for our campus community.

Thank you for supporting this important project!
