This year, the Denim Day Fashion Show is proud to partner with several organizations and artists to further its mission:
-
The Multicultural Center will be featuring its "INDIGO" exhibit, celebrating cultural storytelling through textile art.

Local artists will showcase denim quilt art as a tribute to resilience and survival.
-
Goodwill has graciously donated second-hand denim to all of our designers.
-
Sustainable Fashion Club and UP have been providing support and collaboration to bring this meaningful event to life.
Leading up to Denim Day, "Letters to Survivors" will be taking place from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. April 28 in the International Connections Lounge. This event invites U of A students, faculty and staff to write messages of hope and encouragement to survivors of sexual violence. These letters will be displayed at the fashion show, with attendees given the opportunity to contribute their own words of support.
The Denim Day Fashion Show 2025 is more than just a runway event. By merging art, activism and fashion, the show amplifies voices, sparks conversations and creates a community of support and awareness. Join us for an evening that challenges perceptions, honors survivors and celebrates the power of creative expression.
