  • Location: Arkansas Union 310

This interactive session will explore how to recognize and respond to experiences of professional grief, such as team restructuring, shifts in dynamics, or supporting colleagues through high-risk or emotionally difficult circumstances.

Workshop 2: Self-Awareness through the Enneagram

  • Time: Thursday, May 15 — 9-11 a.m.
  • Location: Arkansas Union 310

Offered in partnership with Be Restored, a local nonprofit specializing in personal development, this session introduces the Enneagram as a tool for self-reflection, stress management, and increased emotional awareness in both personal and professional settings.
