The U of A's hospitality program is excited to announce its upcoming Masters-themed event, to be held on April 12 at the Don Tyson Center for Agricultural Sciences, just north of the U of A campus.

This immersive event, organized by students in the hospitality program, aims to bring the elegance and charm of the Masters Tournament to life through exquisite décor, culinary excellence and Southern hospitality. Guests will be welcomed to a refined setting reminiscent of Augusta National, complete with signature Masters dishes, creative cocktails and themed entertainment.

"We are thrilled to provide our students with the opportunity to showcase their event planning skills while celebrating one of the most iconic traditions in sports," said Kelly A. Way, associate professor of hospitality management in the School of Human Environmental Sciences. "This event offers them hands-on experience in organizing and executing a large-scale themed event, which is a vital part of their education."

Proceeds from the event will benefit the hospitality program and the students, supporting future leaders in the hospitality industry. Tickets are available for purchase or by contacting Way at kway@uark.edu.
