Participants Needed for a Lunch Study
The Department of Food Science and the Center for Human Nutrition at the U of A are recruiting adults over the age of 18 to participate in a study related to food intake at lunch.
The study lasts up to eight weeks and involves four to five visits to the U of A and the Center for Human Nutrition. The study involves measurements of food intake and food waste.
