Still Time to Register for Faculty Forum Focused on Fall Planning

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – There is still time to register for the upcoming Fall Semester Faculty Forum that will take place on Thursday, July 29. Faculty members planning for the fall semester are invited to attend a panel discussion moderated by Provost Charles Robinson and will feature other representatives overseeing the university’s COVID-19 response. 

The forum will begin at 10 a.m., in G. David Gearhart Hall room 026. Virtual attendance is also an option.

Attendees are asked to register now whether planning to attend in-person or virtually. Questions can be submitted in advance when registering. 

Representatives overseeing the university’s COVID-19 response — including Academic Affairs, Faculty Affairs, Facilities Management, Human Resources, Student Affairs, University Relations and the Pat Walker Health Center — will be available to answer any questions faculty may have regarding the fall semester.

• Bill Kincaid, acting chancellor and managing associate general counsel
• Charles Robinson, provost and executive vice chancellor of academic and student affairs (moderator)
• Terry Martin, senior vice provost for academic affairs
• Kathy Sloan, vice provost for faculty affairs
• Scott Turley, interim associate vice chancellor, Facilities Management
• Lisa Milam, director of recruitment and workforce management, Human Resources
• Mark Rushing, associate vice chancellor, University Relations
• Melissa Harwood-Rom, dean of students and associate vice chancellor of student affairs
• Huda Sharaf, medical director, Pat Walker Health Center
