The following Fayetteville Policies and Procedures have been published or updated:

402.3 Alcohol Policy for Employees

This new policy reflects existing restrictions regarding employee possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages during work hours, and alcohol-related misconduct. The policy includes a reminder of employee obligations to promptly report criminal arrests.

900.00 Code of Computing Practices

FPP 900.0, the University's Code of Computing Practices, has been updated. Revisions modernize the policy to reflect the current IT environment and terminology, expectations regarding user privacy, compliance requirements (including state law and UA System requirements), cybersecurity and data privacy obligations, and institutional enforcement processes, and to clarify permissible uses.
