VoIP Phone Accommodations

Faculty and staff can request an accommodation review for the new VoIP phones or other technologies by contacting the Office of Equal Opportunity and Compliance.

To start the process, submit the Accommodation Request and Medical Statement forms found on the OEOC's ADA Accommodations page. If you need assistance, or if you need an alternative to the online request form, contact the office at titlevii@uark.edu or 479-575-4019.

What to expect:

  • The ADA coordinator will work with the employee and department to determine their accommodation needs.
  • The ADA coordinator will work with IT Services or other appropriate parties as necessary to research options to meet the accommodation need.
  • IT Services or other appropriate parties may be contacted for additional assistance with installation and testing.

Students can request accommodation by contacting the Center for Educational Access at ada@uark.edu or 479-575-3104.
