A candidate for the position of dean of University Libraries will be on campus April 24 to meet with faculty, staff and administrators and to give public presentations on the topic Challenges and Opportunities for the Contemporary University Library. The presentation will be held at 3:30 p.m. in Shollmier Hall, Room 250 of Vol Walker Hall, and a public reception will follow at 4:30 p.m. in the Fred and Mary Smith Gallery, Vol Walker Room 142. A recording will be made available after the presentation. A UARK login will be required to view the recordings.  

Dennis Clark, associate university librarian for research, learning, and spaces at the University of Virginia, is the third candidate to present.

Candidate John Weaver gave a public presentation April 18, and candidate Richard Saunders gave a public presentation April 22.
