Children Needed for Breakfast Boost Study

The Department of Food Science and the Center for Human Nutrition at the University of Arkansas are recruiting children between the ages of 7-17 years to participate in a nutrition study.

The study lasts up to 8 weeks and involves 7 to 9 visits to the University of Arkansas and the Food Science Department.
