Strategies for Managing Communication in Large Classes: An Interactive Lunch and Learn
The Office for Faculty Development and Enhancement will be hosting its first Faculty Enrichment Series event of the semester from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 5, in Arkansas Union Room 512-514.
This workshop will feature Shelly Walters, the associate director of instructional design and support services, and is designed to be an interactive lunch and learn set-up providing for open discussion on the benefits of large enrollment classes, challenges faced teaching these classes, and possible solutions to overcome these teaching-related challenges. Lunch will be served starting at 11:30 a.m., with the presentation and interactive session beginning at noon.
All faculty are welcome on a first-come, first-served basis. Seating capacity is limited, so reserve your seat today!
