U of A Offers Business Communications Certificate Program This October

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Working professionals can earn a Business Communications Certificate from the University of Arkansas at the Global Campus in Rogers Oct. 7 from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Registration is available online. The cost of the course is $459, and a 10 percent discount is available for U of A faculty, staff and current students. Group discounts are also available.

The business communications program comprises six course topics, including personal branding, verbal and written communications, presentation skills, visual communication, and negotiation and influence.

The course will be taught by Ryan Stearle, an alumnus of the Sam M. Walton College of Business who is the national account sales manager and Walmart team leader for Allegro, a division of the Conair Corp. Stearle has previously worked in sales and management for Budweiser, Procter & Gamble and Alltel Wireless.
