College of Education and Health Professions Names Student Ambassadors

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — Three outstanding students in the UA College of Education and Health Professions have been selected to be Student Ambassadors for 2001-2002. The students will represent the college at recruitment programs on and off campus in the coming year.

The new Student Ambassadors are Courtney Braudrick, senior in middle level education; Vertie Mack, senior in health science; and Kellie Robertson, senior in nursing. All submitted an extensive application and completed formal interviews with staff of the college’s Sylvia Hack Boyer Center for Student Services.

"I am impressed with the leadership abilities of our new Student Ambassadors," said Gigi Secuban, director of minority services and student affairs for the college and sponsor for the ambassador program. "On top of being outstanding students, they are all enthusiastic about representing the college to potential students."
