The U of A is launching the 2026 Safety Culture Survey Oct. 26 to gather employees' views of workplace safety across campus.
This survey was created by the Health and Occupational Safety Committee (HOSC) at the direction of the Provost's Office. The survey results will help improve safety communications, identify workplace hazards, and reduce injuries at the university.
This survey supports the U of A's 150 Forward Reaching Higher Strategic Plan. Safety plays a vital role in the university's goals around student success, research excellence and being an employer of choice.
Faculty, staff, graduate assistants and student workers will receive an email from the Provost's Office with a survey link. Employee participation in the survey is voluntary. The survey will take about 8-10 minutes. The survey will be open from Oct. 26 through Nov. 6.
Responses will be kept confidential as allowed by law. The results will only be shared in summary form.
Questions about the survey can be sent to campus safety officer Danielle Best at dbest@uark.edu.
