Fayetteville Policies and Procedures 704.1 (Construction and Renovation Project Support Services Cost) and Fayetteville Policies and Procedures 705.1 (Construction-Project Cost Estimating Guideline) have been updated to revise the construction management cost factor incorporated into the budget for all construction and renovation projects that are to be accomplished using external contractors.
