Volunteer Opportunities Available for Cyber Day Oct. 6

IT Services is seeking volunteers to participate in Cyber Day at the Arkansas Union on Oct. 6. Cyber Day is the U of A's primary event marking National Cybersecurity Awareness Month.

Volunteer shifts are available from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and include staffing informational and game tables, table set-up and tear-down in the International Connections Lounge (Flag Room) of the Arkansas Union.

Tables will include games such as the Phishing Pool, Wheel of Phish, Cyber Plinko, Data Cornhole and the Cyber Attack Challenge. There will also be a Community Cyber Safety table with practical tips for staying safe online.

Volunteers will receive printed guidance, and IT staff will be present at Cyber Day to assist.
