Volunteer: Full Circle Food Pantry Staff Weeks

Staff and Faculty: Volunteer at the Jane B. Gearhart Full Circle Food Pantry! 

Did you know the U of A has a student-led, student-operated food pantry? Full Circle Food Pantry is part of the Center for Community Engagement's student-led organization, the Volunteer Action Center. 

Full Circle Food Pantry is looking for extra help from staff and faculty the weeks of Aug. 17 and 24. 

Sign up on your own or encourage others in your department to sign up together to cover a whole shift! This is a great way to give back to the Razorback community and learn more about a campus resource. Volunteers will help fulfill orders, greet clients and assist in organizing inventory.  

First time volunteering with Full Circle? We will provide you with a detailed PowerPoint training with everything you need to know prior to your shift and host in-person training upon arrival.

The pantry is open to students, faculty, staff and retirees twice weekly.

Pantry Fall Open Hours 

Monday: 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. 

Wednesday: 3 - 6 p.m. 

Thursday: 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.  

Order Types 

Place an order through PantrySoft. 

Locker orders - Clients place an order that can be picked up from lockers at the pantry outside of open hours. 

Express Delivery orders - Clients place an order that is then delivered to a select set of pick-up locations on pre-set days of the week. 

Advanced pick-up orders - Clients place an order that is ready to be picked up when checking in at the front desk of the pantry during open hours.

On-site orders - Clients arrive to the pantry during open hours to place an order on our ipads that is then fulfilled.
