Department of Strategic Data and Process Innovation Announces Organizational Updates

The Department of Strategic Data and Process Innovation, led by Associate Vice Chancellor Jannette Akridge, is pleased to share several organizational updates to strengthen data delivery, reporting and process support across campus.

Shared Services Data Analytics

On the shared services data analytics team, Oluwaseyi Otunlape, Grant Jackson and Anthony Beger now develop reporting in support of Human Resources, the Provost's Office and Transformation Management, respectively.

Workday Reporting, Security and Automation

James Morrison is leading the Workday reporting, security and automation team. This team is responsible for technical Workday solutions including building reports within Workday, managing security roles and automating system tasks. The team also includes Lonnie Deavens, Austin Bounsavy and Seyram Kwame.

Business Process Management

J'onnelle Colbert-Diaz is now leading the Business Process Management team. This team is the expert on Workday business processes; they align Finance and Human Capital Management (HCM) operations to university policy and best practice.

Office of Strategic Analytics & Insights

Led by Brandon Bayles, the Office of Strategic Analytics & Insights (OSAI) has promoted Brandon St. Clair to director of institutional research data platforms and Doug Miles to director of institutional reporting and analysis. The office is also glad to welcome Wes Cook as director of the enterprise data platforms team, where Izaak Tesucum and Ryan St. Clair have joined as data engineers.

Departmental Operations

Riley Davis has been promoted to director of strategic operations and campus partnerships for the department and will oversee new initiatives that are still in development and will be announced at a later date.
