U of A Employees Invited to Share Their Stories

The Office of Human Resources is inviting faculty and staff to participate in Share Your Story, a new initiative designed to spotlight the people whose work shapes the campus community.

Through a brief survey, faculty and staff will have the opportunity to share personal reflections on what makes the U of A meaningful to them, the impact of their work and the experiences that define their time on campus.

The initiative aims to elevate the voices behind the work that supports teaching, learning, research and service across the university. From classrooms and offices to labs and facilities, Share Your Story seeks to highlight the diverse perspectives that help move the university forward.

By gathering these stories, Human Resources hopes to foster a stronger sense of connection and celebrate the people who make the campus community unique. Aligned with the university's strategic plan, 150 Forward, this initiative also reflects a broader commitment to recognizing faculty and staff not only for the work they do, but for the lived experiences, values and purpose they bring to their roles each day.

The survey takes approximately 10 minutes, and selected responses may be featured across university channels, including digital platforms and social media. For questions, contact Human Resources.
