The U of A Police Department will host a Spring Break Car Check event on Friday, March 20, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., helping members of the campus community prepare their vehicles before traveling for the break.
The event will take place in U of A Parking Lot 232, located just off Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, west of Razorback Road.
Campus and community partners assisting with the event include U of A Parking Services, SEAR - Substance Education Assessment and Resources, SRVC - Sexual Relationship Violence Center, Associated Student Government, the Veterans and Military Affiliated Student Center, the Office of Student Accountability and University Recreation & Wellness. SEAR, SRVC, ASG and the Veterans and Military-Affiliated Student Center are part of the Division of Student Affairs.
Community partners at The Grease Pig & University Tire and Auto will assist with vehicle checks. Students, faculty and staff are welcome to attend. Participants will receive quick vehicle safety checks, travel safety tips and information about campus safety resources.
The event is free and open to the university community.
