On Tuesday, March 3, the Language and Culture Connections Fair will be held at 11 a.m. in the International Connections Lounge located at the Arkansas Union. This event is co-organized by the Department of World Languages, Literatures and Cultures and University Programs.
The Language and Culture Connections Fair is a celebration of connection across cultures and a chance for students to learn about the exciting opportunities available through World Languages, Literatures and Cultures (WLLC). The event will feature a tabling setup representing all 10 languages offered in WLLC, as well as affiliated Registered Student Organizations, out-of-class activities and events, and academic pathways for dual majors or minors.
Student ambassadors and faculty will be stationed at each table to answer questions, share experiences and offer culturally relevant snacks. Lunch will be provided by Ozark Catering during the 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. event.
The Language and Culture Connections Fair is free and open to all registered U of A students, faculty and staff. Join WLLC and University Programs on March 3 to connect across languages and cultures!
