Orchid Society Show and Sale at U of A

Hundreds of beautiful blooming plants will be on display at the Orchid Society of the Ozarks' 15th annual Orchid Show and Sale March 6-8 at the Pauline Whitaker Equine Center at the U of A. 

Growers from five states will be showing their finest flowering plants, and a wide assortment of plants will be on sale from a variety of top vendors. 

Free classes will be held on growing and caring for orchids, for beginners as well as experienced orchid enthusiasts. 

The show and sale hours are Friday, March 6, 5-7:30 p.m; Saturday, March 7, 9 a.m.- 5 p.m.; and Sunday, March 8, noon-4 p.m. The Pauline Whitaker Equine Center is at 1335 W. Knapp Dr., Fayetteville, AR 72704, just off Garland Avenue.

Admission is $5 per person; kids 12 and under get in free. Admission is free for OSO members, and memberships can be purchased at the door.
