Current U of A employees who elected to receive electronic-only W-2 forms can view their 2025 W-2 in Workday beginning Jan. 21. To access your W-2, navigate to My Tax Documents, where a list of all prior W-2 forms will appear. Employees can view and print the W-2 using the button under Employee Copy for tax year 2025. A notification will also appear on the Workday home page under Timely Suggestions.
Employees who opted for both electronic and paper copies can view their W-2 in Workday beginning Jan. 31, and the paper copy will be postmarked by Jan. 31.
New This Year: W-2 forms include an additional field in Box 14 for certain overtime reporting. This change supports federal tax reporting requirements and may help eligible employees claim deductions when filing their tax return.
Former employees will receive a paper copy of the W-2 at the mailing address on file. Paper copies will be postmarked by Jan. 31.
