University of Arkansas students have a new tool to simplify their search for off-campus housing. The university partnered with College Pads to launch an online marketplace designed specifically for Razorbacks.
Students, parents and property managers can access the platform at the following link offcampushousing.uark.edu.
The platform serves as a one-stop resource where students can compare apartments and houses near campus, connect with potential roommates and access renter education materials.
Features such as price and location filters, interactive maps and verified listings are intended to make the process of securing off-campus housing more transparent and less stressful.
In addition to supporting students, the marketplace provides property owners and managers with a streamlined way to share listings with the Razorback community.
College Pads partners with universities nationwide to provide custom off-campus housing marketplaces for students. The company's platforms connect students with trusted property owners, offer roommate matching and sublease options and include renter education resources to help students make informed decisions. College Pads currently serves dozens of institutions across the country, making it easier and safer for students to find housing near campus.
