You are invited to participate in a survey about your risk perception towards tick and tick-borne diseases while recreating outdoors. Survey completion will table around three to five minutes.
The only requirement of this study is you should be more than 18 years to fill out this anonymous survey below. It will ask questions related to tick-borne disease risk perceptions, behaviors and demographic information. Please help us learn more about your risk perceptions towards tick-borne diseases!
