Departments, offices, campus partners and RSOs are encouraged to submit events for the Spring 2026 Welcome Weeks calendar.

As the U of A prepares to welcome students back to campus this January, Transition Programs & Initiatives invites the campus community to participate in Welcome Weeks, taking place Jan. 12-23, 2026.

Welcome Weeks is a campus tradition that helps new and returning Razorbacks connect, engage and celebrate the start of a new semester. From open houses and social gatherings to service projects and info sessions, these events help students find their place and build a sense of belonging on the Hill.

Campus departments, offices and registered student organizations are invited to host an event during Welcome Weeks. Events submitted by the deadline will appear on the official Welcome Weeks calendar, which is promoted across university communication channels and shared with students before the start of classes.

• Welcome Weeks Dates: Jan. 12-23, 2026

• Submission Deadline: Wednesday, Dec. 3, at 3 p.m.

• Submit Your Event: Complete the HogSync form
